Ingredients:
– 2 green onions
– 1 small bunch of parsley
– 1 middle-sized cucumber
– 2 fresh tomatoes
– Approx. 8 small pickles
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp Virgin olive oil
Instructions:
– Chop vegetables: tomatoes, cucumber and pickles.
– Mix them together in the medium-sized salad bowl.
– Chop 2 green onions, sprinkle them on top of the vegetables.
– Add chia seeds, black pepper, olive oil and mix really well.
