– 2 cans chickpeas / 800g cooked from dry
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp smoked paprika

TOMATO TOAST
– 2 medium tomatoes
– 10 cherry tomatoes
– handful of basil
– salt to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– a few slices of toast to share

GREEN POWERHOUSE
– 2 avocados
– tops of 6 spring onions
– handful of sorrel (or spinach)
– small bunch of basil
– juice of 1 lime
– salt to taste

– 2 sweet potatoes
– 3 white potatoes

BLISS BALLS
– 10 dates
– 5 tbsp rolled oats
– 1 tbsp mixed seeds
– 1 tsp orange zest

A+A
– 1 Apple
– 1 tbsp of almond or nut butter of your choice
