Paneer Salad in Lettuce Cups –

Paneer Salad Lettuce Cups

Serves : Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
For the Paneer
250 gm Paneer
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped parsley
½ tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp Fun foods balsamico Dressing
For the salad
1 cup boiled corn
3-4 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
¼ cup julienned carrots
1 tbsp finely chopped red peppers
1 tbsp finely chopped yellow peppers
¼ cup spring onions greens
3 tbsp Fun foods balsamico Dressing
Other ingredients
4-5 iceberg lettuce (cut into circles)

Method:
1. For the paneer marination, take all the ingredients in a bowl mix well & let it marinate for 15 minutes
2. Once that’s done, grill the paneer till charred on both sides, cool it down & cut into cubes.
3. Now take the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, add the paneer & the dressing, mix well & keep chilled
4. Finally, spoon it on top of the iceberg lettuce & serve chilled
5. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
