Ingredients –
1 cup Methi Bhaji (Fenugreek Leaves) (washed and chopped)
1 cup Palak (Spinach Leaves) (washed and chopped) (approx. 10 leaves)
1/2 cup Hara Pyaaz (Green Onions) (Finely chopped)
2 tblsp Hara Dhaniya (Coriander leaves)
1 cup Gehu Aata (Wheat Flour)
1/2 cup Oats (crushed)
1/4 cup Chawal Aata (Rice Flour)
1/2 tblsp Hari Mirchi ki Paste (Green Chilli Paste)
1/2 tblsp Adrak ki Paste (Ginger Paste)
1/2 tblsp Lasun ki Paste (Garlic Paste)
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 1/2 tsps Til (Sesame Seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 cup medium khatta Dahi (Medium Sour Curd)
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
1 1/4 cups water
Little oil for roasting
