Recipe –
Ingredients :
For Tomato Puree – Tomatoes – 500g
Bay Leaf – 2

For Sabzi – Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Powdered Cashewnuts – 50g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – to season
Stevia – ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp (optional)
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 4 Tbsp
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Punjabi Garam Masala – ¼ tsp

Prepare Paneer – Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Green Cardamom – 3 (crushed)
Green Chili – 2 (slit)
Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Paneer – 500g (cubed)
