Recipes:
Roasted Cauliflower:
7 Cups Cauliflower
3.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
(mix all in bowl) and cook for 20 mins @ 350
Guacamole:
3 Avocados
Onion
Tomato
Cilantro
Mash Avocado
Mix in other ingredients
Lime Juice
Choose a dipper! (pretzels are my fav)
Seasoned Cucumbers:
Cucumbers (sliced)
Poppy Seed
Sesame Seed
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Salad: (completely customizable how you like it)
Kale
Butter Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Mixed Peppers
Onion
Blueberry
Broccoli Sprouts
Mix all and add Dressing of Choice
Black Bean & Corn Salsa:
Black Beans (drain)
Corn (drain)
Onion (chopped)
Cilantro
Cumin
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together
(serve w/ your fav dipper!)
Watermelon Refresher:
Watermelon
Sparkling Water
Coconut Water
Blend with ice
