are you excited for Thanksgiving?! I am! 🙂 today I’m sharing with you my go-to healthy Thanksgiving recipes! these are gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free. what’s your favorite food on Thanksgiving? 😀

HEALTHY THANKSGIVING RECIPES:
Pumpkin Pie Crust:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
*pulse in food processor
add in wet ingredients
1 egg or flax egg
1 TBS coconut oil
bake for 15 mins at 350 F
Pumpkin Pie Filling:
15 oz can of pumpkin puree
1/3 cup honey or agave
1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs or flax eggs
1 TBS melted coconut oil
add in filling to pre-baked pie crust bake 1 hr at 350 F until center is set! * this homemade gluten free pumpkin pie is delicious!!
Cranberry Sauce
12 oz cranberries
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup orange juice
boil on medium heat until berries pop – cool in fridge and serve
Gluten Free Thanksgiving Stuffing
2 tbs coconut oil heat on medium heat add in:
1 cup chopped apple
3 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
2 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp rosemary
salt + pepper
2 tsp thyme
cook for about 6-8 mins
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup dates
3 eggs or flax eggs
mix and add to pan – then pour into baking dish and bake at 350 F for 45-50 mins
Cinnamon-y Sweet Potatoes
boil peeled and chopped sweet potatoes for 25-30 mins or until tender (poke with fork)
drain and stir in:
almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3-4 tbs maple syrup
top with honey roasted pecans (1/2 cup pecans + 1 TBS honey roasted in oven for 10 mins @ 350 F) or simply sprinkle with honey and pecans!
Garlic Green Beans
1/2 chopped sweet onion
add in generous amount of green beans (1 bag from Trader Joes)
sprinkle with dried garlic
add a splash of agave
salt + pepper
