Healthy Vegan Indian Breakfast – Dosa & Coconut Chutney (Oil-Free Chutney Recipe) | Vegan Family

Hey Loves,
This healthy and vegan Indian breakfast is on of our favourites, it’s easy, yummy and oil-free. Ava (our 2 year old vegan toddler) loves to eat dosa and we buy the batter from the store. The chutney I like to make from scratch with fresh ingredients and without using oil (often coconut chutney is made with a seasoning with oil). Today we made the chutney with roasted peanuts but you can also use roasted chickpeas or dal instead.

Healthy Vegan Coconut Chutney Recipe:
1 cup fresh grated coconut
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
half of a green chili
7-8 shallots
Himalayan Pink Salt
a bunch of mint leaves
water
