Another healthy high protein breakfast recipe mung Dal or whole green gram Dosa. Easy to make highly nutritious and taste delicious
Ingredients:-
Moong/mung Dal 1 cup
Urad Dal 2 tbsp
Rice flour ( use plain soaked rice if you don’t have rice flour ) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Spice mix 1 tsp
Water as required
Olive oil to grease
How to make Moong Dal Dosa :-
Wash and soak 1 cup mung Dal and 2 tbsp Urad Dal overnight
Next morning grind the soaked Dal
Into the grinded mixture add 1/2 cup rice flour
Add salt and paprika to taste, add 1 tsp spice mix
Gradually add water to make a semi thick batter
Spread the batter on a hot tava or pan in circular motion
Sprinkle some oil and cook on medium to low heat
Once cooked from one side flip and cook from other side until golden brown.
Serve warm with peanut or coconut Chutney in Breakfast
