This video shows you how to make PROTEIN-PACKED Pumpkin Spice Pancakes using Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix and protein powder. The recipe was easy and delicious. I recommend cooking the pancakes for a slightly shorter time than I did, but it will vary based on how hot you turn your stovetop on to.

Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes
1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes pancakes mix.
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour batter into a lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray preheated skillet.
4. Cook on both sides for 90 seconds each side.
5. Remove from heat and add toppings of your choice.
