Who said healthy food can’t be lip-smackingly delicious? Try this Sprouts Chaat, and you can enjoy without adding to your waistline.
Ingredients:
Mixed sprouts
Tomato
Onion
Cucumber
Green chilli
Red chilli powder
Salt
Chaat masala
Lemon juice
Method:
Place the mixed sprouts in a large bowl.
Add chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and green chillies.
Now add red chilli powder, salt to taste and chaat masala.
Sprinkle a generous amount of lemon juice, and toss everything together.
Serve the chaat immediately with toasted papad, and enjoy!
