Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip:
4 oz softened Neufchatel cream cheese (less fat cream cheese) – leave out in room temperature so that it’s a bit soft, so it’s easier to mix!
1 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded part-skim or 2% mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
Set oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients very well together.
Transfer to a baking dish
Bake for 30-40 minutes
Top with additional mozzarella 20 minutes in (optional)

Semi Sweet chocolates
Decorating icing
On low heat, melt the chocolates. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate. Let harden. Then decorate with the laces!
