tandoori chicken pieces: about one cup
handful of chopped spinach
2 medium carrots grated
1 tomato sliced
1 onion sliced
1/2 of a capsicum sliced
1/4 inch ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp desi ghee
1/4 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

extra curd, green chutney, roasted sesame seeds, and coriander leaves as needed.
