Vegan Microwave Apple Pie Oatmeal | YOUTOBER Day 4! | Healthy, WW Friendly Recipe
This vegan microwave apple pie oatmeal is a delicious breakfast to make if you’re cooking for one, following ww or trying to eat a yummy seasonal meal in October!
This is my fourth video in the month of October because I’m taking a shot at #YOUTOBER!
I love all of @kalynnicholson’s videos. While I don’t think I can make a new video EVERY SINGLE DAY in the MONTH OF OCTOBER….
I’m challenging myself to make MORE! Why?! Because Fall is the best! So here’s to more pumpkins, squash, sweaters, acoustic music, cups of coffee, sounds of rain and halloween decor.
PS I’ve written the recipe below if you don’t feel like watching a video.
1/2 apple , chopped (skins on)
1 cup water
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 teaspoons stevia (optional)
toppings: maple syrup & cinnamon
Mix together all ingredients. Microwave for around 3 minutes or until the oats are fully cooked. Let cool and stir. Top with maple syrup or toppings of your choice!
