SESAME CARAMEL ENERGY BITES
2 cups dates, pitted
2⁄3 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup rolled oats
1 1⁄2 Tbsp tahini
2 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)
pinch of salt
1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
Add everything except for sesame seeds to food processor. Blend until you get a sticky dough. Roll into balls with hands (I used a 2-teaspoon cookie scoop) and coat the outside of each ball with sesame seeds. Allow to set in the fridge. Store in the fridge.
DIY RANCH
1 cup yogurt of choice (soy or coconut are fine but get plain)
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
11⁄2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried onion flakes 1 tsp dried chives
1⁄8 tsp paprika
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
