Here’s just an example of what I eat on a typical day! I hope this gives you a few ideas of what you can eat whilst maintaining your weight, losing fat or gaining muscles 🥐 It will all always depend on your ratio of calories in : calories out.
Warning: Those are my macros to maintain my shape. Each of us is different and has different caloric needs. For someone out there these could be deficit macros, for someone else gaining macros. Do not follow my caloric intake, it probably won’t work for you. It all depends on your weight, height, activities, lean body mass, bass metabolic rate and more. Every nutritionist should help you find your own macros.
