Today I’m here to show you all what I eat in a day as a vegan teenager + Easy & Healthy Vegan Recipes!
I used to restrict myself to a high carb low fat vegan diet but now I just eat the normal healthy way hahaha! I turned vegan on September 2015. I was basically a 12-year-old vegan. yeah. wow thinking about it now is just so rewarding because I’ve committed to such a healthy lifestyle at such a young age. I really enjoyed creating this video because I have such a passion for veganism. my sister turned vegan a few months before me and then encouraged me to go vegan. That’s another reason why the transition was so easy for me! She showed me a bunch of documentaries and I couldn’t let myself eat animals or animal products ever again!! I used to think that vegans were crazy because they don’t eat any animal products but turns out it’s the other way round.
In this video i show you how to make:
– A vegan omellete
– Smoothie
– Pizza
– Stir fried rice
