Green Goddess Dressing (Trader Joe’s copycat)
1 avocado
7 tbsp water
1/4 cup olive oil http://amzn.to/2FigH33
1/2 cup basil
1/2 cup green onion
1 garlic clove
juice of 1/2 lemon
Coconut bacon:
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3 tsp coconut aminos
1 tsp maple cyrup
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Combine all in bowl and stir.
Toast on medium heat in a pan for 7 minutes.
