What I Eat In A Day #5 | Plant Based Diet Day | Vegan | Healthy Recipes. Hey guys! Here’s another video of what I eat in a day. Today’s video features all plant based meals. Yay!

Some of you guys have asked me in my previous video whether I’m vegan. I’m not vegan. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I don’t take dairy products. 95% of the time I don’t. Weird how I came up with that value, but it is quite rare for me to take dairy products because I am lactose intolerant. I try to keep gluten intake minimal as well because too much gluten makes me bloated! I do consume some meat, mostly white meat and fish. There are some days in the week I don’t consume meat at all, like today’s video. 🙂

►Soba Noodle with Sesame & Nut Dressing Recipe

Soba Noodle:
It will take only about a minute to cook the noodles. Don’t overcook it. Drain it with cold water and ice to stop it from cooking from the heat.

Sesame & Nut Dressing:
1 tbs Ginger
1 tps Garlic
3 tablespoon of your favourite nut butter (peanut butter/almond/cashew etc)
1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar
1 tbs of soy sauce (add more if you like it saltier)
1 tps of maple syrup
1 tbs of sesame oil
Sesame seeds

Just combine them all together and process it in a food processor.

Vegetables:
Cabbage
Capsicum / Red Bell Pepper
Edamame (boiled)

I just stir fry the cabbage and capsicum quickly because my tummy is not a fan of raw cabbage.

Now just combine all of them together!
