what I eat in a day to stay lean (vegan) + Healthy recipes for weight loss and workout

I thought I would share a few recipes with you guys that I have started to eat regularly, including experimenting with some different foods.

It’s so interesting how our appetite and preference of food changes. Just embracing those changes and seeing where it leads me.

** As I do intermittent fasting, yes I only ate 2 major meals on this day, quite big actually. But I had some snacks which aren’t shown. They included 2 apples and a banana smoothie (2 bananas, soy milk, vegan protein powder and ice). Hope that clarifies that!
