2 medium size Onion roughly chopped
some Fresh Coriander chopped
2 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Kasuri Methi
4 Garlic cloves
1-inch Ginger
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil
