How to make homemade Bengali Bhuna Khichuri Recipe . There are many different ways of cooking Khichuri. Khichuri is combination of Rice , Lentils , vegetables and some Indian spices mixture one pot meal of lunch or dinner .
Ingredients :-
Rice – 100 gm (Gobindo Bhog Rice)
Roasted Moong Daal – 50 gm (yellow lentils)
Masoor Dal – 25 gm
oil – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Bay leaves – 3 pieces
Dry chilies – 2
Whole cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick – 2 pieces
Green cardamom – 2 pieces
Cloves – 2-3 pieces
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Onion – ! big size (cut into slices)
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Tomato chopped – 1 medium size
Green chilies – 2
