Chicken Tikka Biryani ( Restaurant Style) is a spicy and flavorful, incredibly delicious recipe prepared using rice, chicken and aromatic spices.
My family loves Biryani recipes and therefore I prepare it often. Biryani takes a little extra time to cook and lot of spices goes into this dish. But let me tell you its definitely worth it. This weekend I prepared chicken tikka biryani and it was a double treat. You must try it to know how great it tastes.
Serve this awesome Chicken Tikka Biryani with plain curd, raita .
Ingredients :-
(For Rice)
Basmati Rice – 500 gm
Salt – 1 tbsp
White oil – 1 tbsp
Shahi jeera – 1/2 tsp
Green cardamoms – 2 pieces
Cloves – 2-3 pieces
Cinnamon sticks – 2 pieces (small 1 inch)
Ingredients :- (for marinate chicken)
Chicken – 500 gm ( Boneless)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt – 75 gm
Garlic – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala -1 tbsp
Nutmeg powder (jaifal) – 1/4 tsp
Meetha Attar – 2 drop (for nice aroma)
Ingredients :-
For Beresta (Brown onion)
Onion – 2 big pieces (cut into slice pieces)
Cooking soda – 1/4 tsp
White oil – 1 cup
Ingredients :-
for Making the biryani
boiled rice – 500gm
Cooked chicken tikka – 500 gm
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green cardamoms – 2 pieces
Cloves – 2-3 pieces
Cinnamon sticks – 2 pieces (small 1 inch)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Yogurt – 75 gm
Garlic – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Beresta – handful (2 Brown onion)
Mace powder (Javatri) – 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder (jaifal) – 1/4 tsp
Shahi Garam Masala – 1 tbsp (homemade)
Meetha Attar – 2 drop (for nice aroma)
Kewra water – 1 tbsp
Rose water – 1 tsp
Saffron – 1 pinch (soaked the warm milk 3 tbsp)
Food color – 1 pinch
