Moo Goo Gai Pan means ‘chicken and mushrooms’ and is an American Chinese classic dish! Main ingredients are chicken and button mushrooms with various mixed vegetables such as snow peas, carrots, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. All stir fried together then mixed in a mild silky smooth white sauce. Easy and delicious!
