Ingredients:
150 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
Method:
– In a pan heat some oil.
– Then add ginger garlic crush, chopped onions, tomatoes, salt & mix masala. Saute well.
– Add grated paneer. Mix well. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
– Paneer Bhurji is ready.
– Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
