1kg Beef Roast (trimmed)
5 Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
5 Carrots (peeled and quartered)
1 Brown Onion (peeled and quartered)
1 Cup of Plain Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Beef Stock
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 9 hours on LOW setting
SERVES 6
