½ Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
1 Cup Spring Onions
1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Ground Meat (Any Meat of Your Choice)
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
Cooking Oil
Preparation Method :
