Green Gram 250gm
Onion 250gm
Tomato 250gm
Ginger (Little)
Salt
Chili Powder 2 tablespoons
Oil
Procedure:
Soak the green gram for a day. Before Cooking make sure you clean the gram well.
Prepare the Ginger Paste.
Take a Cooker and Pour the water and add the Socked Green Gram and cook (1 whistle).
Now, take a Tava and Pour the Oil after that add Chili Powder, boil it for some time
Add Sliced Onion and boil it some time
Add Sliced Tomato wait for kit to change its colour .After that add some water then add salt.
Add the Ginger Paste
Take the Green Gram from the cooker and add that to the tava and boil it.
Now the Remove the Tava from the Stove and add some lemon juice
Finally Gravy Sundal is ready.
