Crockpot Turkey Chili
6 servings | 253 calories, 3g fat, 32 carbs, 25 protein

Always strive for organic and low-sodium options when purchasing canned goods. I found this helps reduce sodium levels a lot a lot a lot. i found the recipe here but tweaked it to fit my taste preference: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/slow-cooker-turkey-chili. You can do the same! Then create your own recipe using the LifeSum or MyFitnessPal app.

1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 red onion
1 red and 1 green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 can corn
1 28 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 can black beans | clean and rinse
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
3 tbs of chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne petter
dash of salt

Honey Mustard Baked Chicken
Recipes makes 2 chicken breasts (I doubled the recipe)
For the chicken: 283 calories, 8F, 14C, 36P

2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp paprika
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp oil (or butter)

Bake at 400º for 35-40 minutes
