Here are two quick meals that I threw together this week! I hope that they can be of some help to you all. The best part, if even simply for a reminder or an idea, is that it doesn’t matter if you do not have the exact ingredients. You can throw in whatever needs to be used/what you got!
Taco Soup:
2 Cans of beans
2 Cans of diced tomatoes (or fresh)
2-4 Cups of Water + Chicken bullion OR Chicken broth
1 Onion
2-5 T Garlic
Taco Seasoning
Top with:
Sour Cream
Avocado
Olives
Cheese!!
Now everyone knows how to make spaghetti, I know. BUT I was making it and I wasn’t sure where I was going with this video so I decided to record. My tip here is to beef it up with veggies. I just happened to have a bag of spinach so I used it. If I had other things like bell pepper, onion, etc I would have added it. Hope it helps mix up you go to dinner.
