Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you 3 easy healthy recipes that are super yummy and quick to make! these can be healthy dinner recipes or healthy lunch recipes too!
Crispbread Pizza that is low carb pizza!
crispbreads (I used Trader Joes)

cashew cheese (I got mine at whole foods, left a recipe for homemade below)
other toppings of choice
Bake 400F for 10 minutes
Cashew Ricotta
1 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 1-2 hours in boiling water)
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp almond milk
1-2 cloves garlic
AND BLEND!
Skillet Bake
2 sweet potatoes, chopped
2 zucchini
2 tsp garlic powder

BAKE 400F another 10 minutes after adding eggs
Cauli Alfredo
1/2 head cauliflower
2 tbsp almond milk
