~Holiday & Party Dish Recipes~
#1 GOAT CHEESE BACON STUFFED DATES
❤ Fresh Dates
❤ Goat Cheese
❤ Bacon (1 slice makes enough to wrap about 3 dates)
❤ Toothpicks
*Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes(or until crispy) then turn them over and bake for another 15 minutes.
#2 BACON & CHEDDAR DEVILED EGGS (Party Size)
❤ 12 EGGS
❤ 1/4C Mayo
❤ 1/4C Sour Cream
❤ 1T yellow mustard
❤ 1 1/2T cheddar cheese
❤ 4-5 slices of crispy home-made bacon
❤ garnish with green onions
*Serve hot or cold
#3 PISTACHIO GRAPE CHEESE TRUFFLES
❤ chopped pistachios
❤ equal parts of goat cheese and cream cheese (so if you use 8oz of goat cheese, use 8 oz of cream cheese)
❤ grapes (as many grapes as you want to make)
❤ clear plastic wrap
*Let the cheese truffles chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
