3 Minutes Indian Sweet Roll Recipe In Hindi |Quick & Easy Indian Sweets Rakhi Special Recipe पाइनएप्पल रोल्स
Ingredients For 3 Minutes Indian Sweet Roll Recipe
½ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Cashew Powder
¼ Cup Milk Powder
3 tbsp. Sugar
3 tbsp. Pineapple Crush
2 tbsp. Malai ( Cream)
2 tbsp. Suji|Rawa|Semolina
2 tbsp. Pistachio Chopped
1 tbsp. Ghee ( Clarified Butter)
2-3 drops of lemon Yellow Colour (Optional)
Silver Varakh as required
Procedure :-
Take Ghee ( Clarified Butter) in a pan and add Suji|Rawa|Semolina in it and roast it till it becomes light brown in colour. Then add Milk in it and switch off the flame. Add Sugar, Malai ( Cream), Cashew Powder and Milk Powder and mix all ingredients well & cook it on high flame for 1 or 2 minutes. After mixture becomes thick then add Pineapple Crush in it & cook it for ½ minutes. Add few drops of Lemon Yellow Colour and mix well. Cool down mixture & now make small rolls from the mixture as shown in video. Roll this Indian Sweet Roll in chopped Pistachio and cover with Silver Varkh.
3 Minutes Indian Sweet Roll are ready to serve.
