# Paneer Pulao:-

Rice – 1 cup
Oil
Paneer-
soya chunks
Clarified butter( ghee) -2 tbsp
Tez patta
black pepper
Black Cardomom
Salt – 1 tbsp or as per taste
garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1&1/2 glass

# Moong Dal

Moong Dal – 1 cup
Water
Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Beans
ghee- 1 tbsp
cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – fine chopped
green chilly

# Sattu ke Paranthe

flour
oil – 1 tbsp
salt – 1tbsp
Sattu – 1/2 cup
green chilly – fine chopped
ginger
onion
coriander
roasted cumin seeds powder
lemon juice
Mustard oil
