2. Mustard Seeds & Urid Dal – 1 tspoon
3. Chopped Onions – 1 cup
4. Green Chillies – 2 or 3
5. Curry Leaves
6. Chopped Tomatoes – 1 cup
7. Shredded Pumpkin – 1 cup
8. Gram Flour or Besan – 1 tablespoon
9. Salt
10. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tspoon
11. Coriander leaves
Tomato Sambar
1. Tomatoes – 2 big
2. Onions – 1 big
3. Green Chillies – 2 or 3
4. Shredded coconut – 2 tablespoon
5. Salt
6. Turmeric Powder
7. Asafoeteda – a pinch
8. Mustard Seeds & Urid Dal – 1 tspoon
9. Dried red chillies – 1 or 2
10. Curry Leaves
11. Oil – 2 tspoon
Dal & Potatoes sambar
1.Tuar Dal – 1/3 cup
2. Moong Dal – 1/3 cup
3. Oil – 4 to 5 tspoons
4. Onions – 1 big
5. Curry leaves
6. Green Chillies
7. Tomatoes – 2 medium
8. Potatoes – 1 medium
9. Salt
10.Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tspoon
11. Sambar Powder – 2 tspoons
12. Tamarind Juice – 2 tablespoons
13. Asafoeteda
14. Mustard seeds & urid dal – 1 tspoon
15. Coriander leaves
