Recipes in the video:
My Basic Oatmeal Recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 cups water
1/2 – 1 banana, mashed
1.5 T ground flax seed
1/2 T coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Directions: Cook the oatmeal on high until it boils, take off the heat and add flax, mashed banana and coconut oil. Mix everything together and let cool for about 5-8 mins. The oatmeal will thicken as it cools.
* Key Lime Pie Oatmeal *
Basic Recipe (from above) + 1 T lime juice
Toppings: shredded coconut flakes, graham crackers, cashew butter
* Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal *
Basic Recipe + 1.5 T cocoa powder
Toppings: frozen raspberries, peanut butter
* Apple Pie Oatmeal *
Basic Recipe + 1/2 apple (chopped), 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings: chopped almonds, almond butter
* Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal *
Basic Recipe + 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Toppings: raisins, maple syrup and sunflower seed butter
*All of these measurements are variable and can be adjusted to personal preference
