World Egg Day is an occasion to spread raise awareness of the benefits of eggs and is celebrated in countries all around the world.
World Egg Day was established at the IEC Vienna 1996 conference when it was decided to celebrate World Egg Day on the second Friday in October each year.
Few among the various being:-
• Eggs have feed millions of families around the globe for centuries and centuries.
• They are the most versatile and the easiest to make. From scrambled to fry to poach to baked or even just boiled – with equally delicious results.
• Right from a newly married girl to bachelor to any kid anybody can make them.
• Eggs are quality sources of protein, vitamin A, B6, B12, folate, iron, phosphorus, and zinc.
• It has as little as 75 calories. It is very helpful for weight loss as well!
• Eggs are very affordable price and easily available.
• Any time of the day is right for eggs.
• Egg yolk is an excellent source of choline which is essential for human health, normal formation of brain tissue and preventing heart disease.
• Children like eggs, too. Growing bodies need nutrients, and eggs make a wise food choice. Egg protein is a great source of nutrition for growing children to build muscle.

So I am sharing this very simple and quick recipes of Eggs that you can have almost any time for breakfast or lunch or dinner.
Here you go,

Egg Noodles
Ingredients
• 1 Egg
• Salt to taste
• Chat masala.
Method:
Take one egg, add some salt. Mix it well.
Pour the mixture on a well heated pan.
Once it done well sprinkle some chat masala and start rolling it like a roll.
Place it on a dish and start cutting it in thin slices. Once done with that just open up all the noodles that are formed.

Egg in a hole
Ingredients
• 1 Egg
• Salt to taste
• Chat masala
• Bread slice
Method:
Take one bread slice, create a hole in a round shape at the centre of the bread.
Place it on a well heated pan. Add 1 egg in the hole in such a manner that the egg does not spill out.
Add some salt. Once the egg is done from one side flip it and let it cook from the other side as well.

Egg French toast
Ingredients
• 1 Egg
• Milk 30 ml
• 1tsp Strawberry crush
• Bread slice
Method:
• Take one bread slice, create a hole in a round shape at the centre of the bread.
• Take milk, egg and strawberry crush and mix well. Dip the round part of the bread in the mixture.
• Place the bread slice on a well heated pan.
• Once the egg is done from one side flip it and let it cook from the other side as well.

Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
• 1 Boiled Egg
• Bread
• Mint / Pudina chutney
• Butter
• Sliced tomato

Method:
• Take 2 slices of bread. Apply generous amount of butter. Then apply Mint / Pudina chutney.
• Place sliced tomatoes and sliced boiled egg on one slice of bread and place the other on it.
These recipes are very stress-free and convenient to make some quick meals.
