5 ways to cook with TOFU
This video shows some of my go-to ttofu recipes that are easy to follow and simple to make. Tofu is a bland and tasteless food and may take time to adjust to it. I personally did not like tofu for months until I learned how to cook it and how to incorporate it into my recipes. I would love to share more with you all, so please give the video a thumbs up if you found this helpful and would like to see more recipes from me 🙂
Here is the evidence there is on SOY if you want to learn more about it:

Soy — Food, wonder Drug, or Poison (Dr. McDougall)
“We recommend that you use traditional soy foods, like soy milk and tofu, only as a small part of your diet, at most 5% of your daily calories. “Synthetic soy foods,” like meats, cheeses, and soy bars, should rarely, if ever, be consumed.”
