Banana Cake Bread Recipe Ingredients:
2 large ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 small egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make Banana Cake Bread Recipe Procedures:
1. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
2. Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. Blend well using a hand mixer.
3. Add the salt and baking soda. Mix well.
4. Add the flour. Blend well.
5. Add the egg. Mix well for a minute.
6. Place banana cake bread mixture in a lightly greased baking pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
8. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove from pan and cut into slices before serving.
Serve Banana Cake Recipe with warm or cold milk.
