Beet Salad with Goat Cheese || Quick and Easy Recipes || Gastro Lab
Elegant and delicious salad, which also looks very appetizing. Sweet beets perfectly goes with delicate goat cheese and slightly bitter walnuts.
Ingredients:
4 beets
200 g goat cheese
100 g arugula
4 tbsp. roasted walnuts
black balsamic
Preparation:
Clean, dry and cover beets with the foil. Bake at 160C degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Slice goat cheese
Cut cooked and chilled beets into segments, put them on the plate.
Put the arugula leaves on top, dress with balsamic.
Add chopped roasted walnuts and top the salad with the goat cheese slices.
