Chicken Cheese Balls from Maimoona Yasmeen’s Recipes
Ingredients: for nearly 20 cheese balls
Bina haddi ka chicken (boneless chicken): 500 grams
Adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste): 1 teaspoon
Bareek namak (salt): 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder (spices): 1 teaspoon
Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder): 2 teaspoons
Soya sauce: 1 tablespoon
Pudine ke patte (mint leaves): 2 tablespoons
Grated mozzarella/cheddar cheese/cheese cubes: as per the requirement
Makai ka aata (Corn flour)
Bread ka choora (Bread crumbs)
Ande (eggs): 2
Doodh (milk): ½ cup
Tel (oil): talne ke liye/ for frying
Procedure:
1. Chicken ke pieces ko dhokar inka paani achhi tarah se nithar lijiye.
2. Ab in pieces mein adrak lehsan ka paste, bareek namak, garam masala powder, lal mirch powder, soya sauce aur pudine ke patte daliye.
3. Mixer grinder mein chicken ke pieces ko in sab masalon ke saath pees lijiye.
4. Bowl mein nikal kar achhi tarah se mila lijiye.
5. Zaroorat ke hisaab se mozzarella cheese lijiye aur grate karke rakh lijiye.
6. Paani se haath geele kar lijiye, minced chicken ka ek chhota portion lijiye aur palms ya hatheli par gol aakar mein phaila lijiye.
7. Ab isko grate kiye hue cheese ki filling kijiye aur balls ki shakal mein seal kar dijiye.
8. Separate bowls mein cornflour aur bread crumbs lijiye.
9. Aur ek bowl mein ande aur doodh dalkar phet lijiye.
10. Cheese balls ko cornflour ki coating kijiye.
11. Ab inhe doodh aur ande ke mixture mein dip kijiye aur bread crumbs ki coating kijiye.
12. Pan mein pehle se garam kiye hue tel mein dalkar in cheese balls ko dono taraf tal lijiye.
13. Jab yeh cheese balls badami rang ke ho jaayein, inhe nikal lijiye.
14. Mayonnaise ya tomato sauce ke saath serve kijiye.
