Try these amazing Crispy,Crunchy and tasty pakoda’s so simple yet so tasty

METHOD

1.Chicken – 150 gram cut into long strips

2.For marination we need
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Few sliced onions
Chopped green chilies – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 3/4 teaspoon
Salt a srequired
Cooking soda – 3 pinches
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Few chopped curry and coriander leaves
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

3.Now add gram flour – 2 tablespoon
Rice flour – 1 tablespoon
Add little oil
Mix well by adding little water
Chicken pakoda masala is ready

4.Heat oil and fry pakodas in batches, add few chilies and curry leaves, serve hot with green chutney
