Chickpea Curry
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Tumeric
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Madras
1 tbsp Cumin
Pink salt to taste
Black Pepper
500ml vegtable stock
2 cans chickpeas
2 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots
1 yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
Thumb of minced ginger
Parsley

Vegan Salt Fish
2 cans of Heart of Palm
1 Orange pepper
1 Red Pepper
4 Cloves garlic
1 Yellow onion
2 Green onion
2 Medium tomatoes
1 tbsp Tamari
Pink salt and pepper to taste
Nori flakes
Thyme
Parsley

Roti
2 cups of flour
1 tsp pink salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 cup lukewarm water (can vary, add bit by bit)
2 tbsp vegan butter

Coleslaw
2 medium carrots
1/2 cabbage
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon
1/4 cup vegan mayo
(optional: brown sugar, hot pepper sauce, apple cider vinegar)
