1 butternut squash
.Jewelled quinoa.
1 ½ cups cooked quinoa
2 cups torn or shredded kale
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon (juice)
pinch salt
black pepper
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 small red onion
.Garlic dressing.
1 avocado
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 lime (juice)
1 heaped tbsp.. light tahini
¼ tsp. cayenne
1-2 cloves garlic
pink salt (to taste)
1/3 cup water (add more if needed)
//STIR FRIED MUSHROOM WILD RICE (4 servings)//
1 ½ cups wild rice
3 cups water
6 brown mushrooms
1 white onion
