☀︎RECIPES:
Roasted Veggies:
Carrots
Brussel Sprouts
Cauliflower
Olive Oil
Rosemary
Thyme
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Combine (spices to taste) and bake at 400 for 20 minutes (shake the pan half way through)
Mashed Potatoes:
3 large potatoes
3/4 Cup Soy Creamer
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Rosemary
Boil the potatoes and mash
Add in creamer, oil and rosemary
Sweet Potato Casserole:
3 large sweet potatoes
1/4 cup sugar
Cinnamon
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 cup of Orange juice
1 cup marshmollows
1/4 cup pecans
Boil chopped sweet potatoes and mash
Add in the Coconut oil and mix
Cmbine the remaining ingredients and mix
Add mixture to a baking pan and top with pecans and marshmollows
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the marshmollow’s are golden brown
Stuffing:
Follow box directions and add onins and celery
Mushroon Gravy:
1/2 onion
1 cup veggie stock
4 cup mushrooms
2 tbsp. flax seed
rosemary
thyme
2 tbsp. tahini (not tamari 😉
