Serves- 2-3
Ingredients-
6 eggs
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
CUP 1
2-3 spinach leaves, chopped
2 tbsp tomatoes
2 tbsp onion
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
CUP 2
2 tbsp tomatoes
2 tbsp capsicum
4-5 olives, cut in cubes
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
CUP 3
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp mushroom
3-4 tbsp cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method-
In a bowl crack the eggs and add salt pepper.
Take a cupcake tray and place the vegetables and pour the egg mixture ½ way through.
Place in the oven and let it cook till the eggs bake.
Serve hot with ketchup.
