Egg Paratha
Ingredients
Egg, 3
Salt, 3/4 teaspoon
Green Chilli, 1, chopped
Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Coriander, 2 teaspoons
Wheat Flour, 200 gm
Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil, 2 teaspoons
Preparation
In bowl take 3 whole eggs. Add salt, one chopped green chilli, red chilli powder and chopped coriander. Whisk well and keep aside.
In a bowl take wheat flour. Add salt, vegetable oil, water & knead well. Take a bit of this dough and roll it into a disk. Coat this disk with some wheat flour and flatten it using a rolling pin.
Coat one side of the flattened dough with oil. Fold over twice to create a triangle. Flatten the triangle with a rolling pin, using wheat flour to ensure the dough does not stick to the rolling pin.
In a pan heat oil. Cook the parantha slightly. Carefully lift off one corner of the parantha and fill it with the egg mixture. Add more oil and continue to cook the parantha till it turns golden brown.
Serve with pickle.
