Prep Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 3-4 dosas
Ingredients:
50 gm butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped capsicum
½ cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
½ cup green peas
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
½ cup water
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Other ingredients
400 ml dosa batter
1 tbsp butter
Method:
1. In a kadai heat butter & add the cumin seeds once the crackle add the onions & capsicum saute till translucent, now add the tomatoes & chilli paste & cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Follow by adding the potatoes & peas & spice powder, season with salt add water & mash well.
3. Finish with some coriander leaves & keep aside.
4. Now heat a dosa tawa, sprinkle some water & spread a small portion of the batter into a dosa.
5. Add some butter on the surface & then add the prepare pav bhaji masala on one half.
6. Once crisp fold in half & serve hot.
7. Serve with some chopped onions, coriander & lemon wedges, you can also serve it with some garlic & coconut chutney if needed
8. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
