Ingredients you will need are:
3lbs of ground Turkey or meat of your choice
2litres of Tomato Sauce – can be homemade aswell
1 Egg
12 Peppers (Red, green or both)
1 large yellow onion
3/4 Cup bread crumbs
1 cup of Rice (Wild, Parboiled -your choice)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons of Pink Salt, Kosher or Table salt
1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
