Healthy Breakfast Ideas: 7 Quick and Simple Breakfast Recipes For the Family

Today, we feature 7 quick and easy breakfast recipes. Seven different recipes for each day of the week. From green smoothies to the classic Omelette, we got you covered.

The 7 recipes include:

1) Granola Bars
2) Egg Omelette
3) Green Smoothie
4) Chia Pudding
5) Vegan Breakfast which includes
– Green smoothie
– Overnight Granola
– Yogurt Parfait

Here are the things you need

1) Granola Bars
Dry Ingredients:
-2 cups of raw oats
– 1 cup of slivered almonds
– 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
– 1 cup of coconut
– 1/2 cup flax seeds

Wet Ingredients:
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1/4 cup corn syrup
– 2/3 cup honey
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2tsp vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients Except the flax seed.
Pour all of it in a baking pan and arrange gently.
Put in a 375 degree preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
Stir at least once to stop from burning.
Cool Mixture for 10 minutes and then add the flax seed.

Now on to the wet ingredients. Over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the rest of the wet ingredients. Bring to a boil while stirring until all the sugar is dissolved.

Pour this wet mixture onto the dry ingredients. Add any dried fruit you like such as apricot, blackberries, goji berries, raisins.

Pour everything in a baking sheet and arrange nicely packed together. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 25 – 30 minutes until brown.

Cut into bars.

2) Egg Omelette

Ingredients:
Oil
Eggs
Tomatoes
Ham
Cheese
Optional: Finely chopped asparagus, mushroom, bell peppers, etc

Beats eggs with tomatoes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil. Pour egg mixture. Add cheese, ham and vegetables if using.

Fold and enjoy your healthy breakfast.

3) Green Smoothie

What You will need:
– kale
– parsley
– ginger
– almond milk
– mango
– pineapple

4) Chia Pudding

– 1/4 cup chia seed
– 2 cups almond milk
– 1/3 banana
– pinch of nutmeg
– pinch of ginger
2 drops of stevia

Blend chia seed with almond milk in blender. Blend on high.

Once blended, add a third of a banana, ginger, nutmeg and stevia.

Blend for a few seconds. Once blended, pour into individual bowls.

Dress up with banana on top, goji berries, and coconut flakes

5) Overnight Oats
1 cup of oats
1 tsp of chia seeds
berries you like
1 cup of almond milk
maple syrup

Stick in the fridge overnight and enjoy the following day.

6) Lush Green Smoothie
spinach
pineapple
mango
bananas
almond milk

7) Yogurt Parfait
Yogurt
Fruit
Granola
